Week 7: Cto5K

I start week 7 today. It’s asking me to jog 2.5 miles without walking. U still can’t jog 1 mile without walking. But it’s my goal for today. At least 1 mile straight.
The scale hasn’t changed it’s mind on my weight. My clothes haven’t budged either. I know it takes time and a diet shift is in order but I’m getting impatient. I was hoping to be down a size by the wedding in less than month.
I write this on my way to the gym. Here I am and here I go. Wish me luck.
