- 1 droewors
- 2 c ground turkey, brussels sprouts, zucchini, yellow pepper, spaghetti squash
- ground turkey quesadilla with marinated veggies and cheddar cheese
- 2 cuties/sweeties
- 2 crackers
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
What I drank:
- not enough water for the day
Workout:
None — I was still too sore from stadiums the day before
